By accessing or using TrySensei.AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrySensei.AI is an AI-powered interview coaching platform that offers personalized practice, feedback, and resume insights to help users improve interview performance.

3. Account Responsibility

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. TrySensei.AI is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle. Free users may receive limited access to select features. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of all content you upload (including resumes, recordings, and responses). By submitting content, you grant TrySensei.AI a limited license to process and analyze it for providing the Service. You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material, or to use the Service in a way that could impair its functionality or reputation. This includes, but is not limited to, profane, obscene, discriminatory, or sexually explicit language or visual content in video recordings and text submissions. Content flagged for inappropriate use may be automatically blocked, and repeated violations may result in account suspension.

When you record a practice session, TrySensei.AI captures both video and audio. However, our analysis is based solely on your spoken content — what you say, how you structure your answers, your pace, and use of filler words. We do not analyze facial expressions, body language, physical appearance, or any visual element of your recordings.

The peer feedback feature is designed exclusively for sharing interview practice recordings. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

TrySensei.AI is designed to help you build confidence, sharpen your communication, and prepare thoroughly for interviews. While we are committed to giving you the best preparation possible, we cannot guarantee specific interview outcomes, job placement, or employment results — those depend on many factors beyond the platform.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrySensei.AI and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. TrySensei.AI is not responsible for any content shared between users through the peer feedback feature and accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from shared recordings or user interactions on the platform.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
