About TrySensei.AI

    Your story
    is worth
    telling well.

We built a coach for the moment that matters most - when everything you've worked for comes down to the words you find in the room.

    01The problem

    The gap between
    the resume and the room

Hiring managers see it happen every day. A resume lands on their desk that makes them sit up straight - the experience is perfect, the skills are there. On paper, the candidate is a star.

But in the room, a disconnect often happens. The conversation stalls, the energy dips, and the story of their work - the passion, the struggle, the late-night breakthroughs - gets lost in a series of rambling answers.

Countless candidates with immense potential fail to get the offer, not because they lack the skill, but because they can't build the bridge between their experience and the person sitting across from them.

A great career is built on great work. But it's unlocked by great storytelling.

We don't expect an athlete to win a championship without a coach, or a musician to master an instrument without practice. Why, then, do we expect professionals to master the high-stakes, unnatural skill of interviewing entirely on their own?

In a market where every role has a sea of qualified applicants, your story isn't just part of the process - it's the ultimate tiebreaker.

    02Our mission

    The coach every
    candidate deserves

TrySensei.AI was created to be that coach. It's a space to practice, to fail, to refine, and to build confidence without judgment. It's powered by AI, but its purpose is deeply human: to help you find the words to do your work justice.

Whether you're preparing for the role of a lifetime or simply sharpening your instincts, TrySensei.AI meets you where you are - and helps you show up as your best self.

    Record & Review

Practice answering real interview questions on video. Hear yourself the way interviewers do - and learn to own it.

    AI Scoring & Feedback

Get instant, honest feedback on clarity, confidence, structure, and delivery - without waiting for a human to tell you what went wrong.

    Role-Specific Training

Tell us the role. We provide what you may expect, a personal fit analysis and generate the questions hiring managers may actually ask - so you're practicing for the real thing, not a rehearsal.

    Build Your Question Bank

Craft your own prompts, revisit your strongest answers, and track how your storytelling evolves over time.

Share & Get a Human Take

After every session, share your recording with anyone whose opinion matters - a mentor, a parent, a sibling, a trusted friend or a colleague. They can leave emoji reactions and written comments, so the people who know you best can help you sound like yourself at your best.

    Joy Ghanekar

    Creator, TrySensei.AI

Over the course of a career spent hiring, I've sat across from hundreds of candidates. And after a while, you start to see the same things - not in the resumes, but in the room.

The rambling answer that never quite lands. The impressive project buried so deep in context that by the time they get to what they actually did, you've already moved on. The candidate who says "we" for four minutes straight, and you leave the conversation still not sure what they brought to it. The person with genuine conviction who delivers it in a monotone - and the energy just... dies.

None of it is a reflection of their ability. It's a reflection of something no one ever taught them.

I'd finish interviews thinking: that person is good. But I also knew the hiring decision wouldn't go their way - not because they lacked the experience, but because the experience never made it across the table.

The impact was vague. The structure was absent. The story was there, somewhere, but under pressure it came out sideways.

What I kept coming back to was how fixable it all was. Not with scripts or memorized lines, but with something simpler: knowing what interviewers are actually listening for. Knowing that the result is the most important part of any answer - and that burying it is the same as not saying it. Knowing that clarity is a skill, and like any skill, it gets better with practice.

That's what TrySensei.AI is built around. The gap isn't intelligence or experience - it's content, structure and delivery. And every one of those things can be learned.
