• Transcripts, scores, AI feedback, and comments submitted through friend review links

• Provide and improve our interview coaching services
• Transcribe practice audio, provide Live AI Q&A conversations, and generate personalized AI feedback and recommendations
• Save recordings and results for later review and enable friend feedback when you choose to share a session

• Send service-related communications
• Ensure platform security and prevent fraud

3. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your audio and video recordings and personal data are stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may delete your account and associated data at any time through your account settings.

5. Service Providers and Optional Sharing

We use service providers for hosting, recording storage, and AI processing. Audio and relevant session information are sent to AI providers to support transcription, live conversations, and personalized feedback. These providers process the information involved in delivering those features.

Your practice sessions are private by default. If you choose to share a session for friend feedback, anyone with the active share link can access its shared recording and transcript and submit feedback. Recipients can forward the link, so share it only with people you trust. For Live AI Q&A, the shared recording includes the Q&A and closing remarks, but excludes the separate AI coaching feedback.
